Yukon is absolutely gorgeous. I am sorry to hear about the seizures. Danner (Llaso Apso)has had a couple of seizures as well, however his were not around the time of his vaccines. I know how horrible it feels to watch them go through the ordeal. I wish you all the best. Yukon is in the best hands. You are such an Elle Mae Clampet (sp?). Miss ya, Jan

Hi Shelia,
This is Diana, the author of this site, here. I want you to know that I wrote that article that you read in Dog Fancy/Natural Dog magazine, about the dangers of over-vaccinations!
I just want to let you know that for this article I had the opportunity to interview the foremost authorities in the country (and probably the world) on this issue, and that you are right to be concerned about a connection between your dog's seizures and the vaccines. I think it is very wise, as you said, to ask more questions next time, especially since your dog is a high-risk breed.
Although I am not a veterinarian, I will tell you my own personal experience, which is that after what I have found out about vaccines, the only vaccine I give my dog, Chase, is the Rabies vaccine.
You might also consider consulting a holistic vet on this topic, as they are very on top of this issue.
