Tanqueray

by Sarah O Bittner
(Albuquerque, NM USA)

To start out, we don't give our dog alcohol, but as my boyfriend is a big fan of an evening gin and tonic, when we brought our new Siberian husky home, we wanted to name her something cute and classy and we chose Tanqueray after the London gin. (Hoping to later get a friend for her and name the puppy Tonic) So we thought it would be cute to take a namesake picture with an empty bottle of Tanqueray, making it easier to explain why we had named her that. When I posed her for the picture she was sitting there holding the bottle between her paws looking sweet. But when I looked at the camera after I snapped the picture she had made a hysterically funny face.
